KVKK Clarification Text

2. Scope

This clarification text applies to website visitors, individuals submitting contact forms, users creating technical support tickets, prospective clients requesting quotes or services, and existing customers.

3. Categories of Processed Personal Data

• Identity and contact information: full name, company name, email address, phone number.
• Request and transaction details: message subject, description, support ticket content, quotation/service requirements, and transaction history.
• Customer and contract workflows: details limited to quotation, order, licensing, maintenance, billing, and payment processes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, system log entries, security verifications, and error diagnostics.
• Marketing preferences: campaign and notification preferences, processed only upon direct request or explicit consent of the data subject.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Receiving, evaluating, and responding to communication and support requests.
• Managing proposal, project, maintenance, licensing, and post-sales technical support workflows.
• Handling customer relations, contracts, payments, invoicing, and operational record keeping.
• Ensuring website security, preventing abuse, and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Measuring service quality, user experience, and overall website performance.
• Fulfilling data retention, reporting, and authorized agency requests arising from legal regulations.

5. Legal Grounds

Personal data is processed based on legal grounds, including explicit provision in laws, necessity for the establishment or execution of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interests, and explicit consent where required.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

For the purposes specified above, personal data may be shared with suppliers of hosting, email, security verification, analytics, CRM, accounting, and technical services; business partners; legally authorized public institutions, and authorized persons. When cloud or technology providers based abroad are utilized, transfer workflows are conducted in compliance with conditions set by KVKK.

7. Retention Period

Personal data is preserved for the duration necessary for processing purposes and in accordance with the statute of limitations/retention periods specified in the relevant legislation. At the end of the duration, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

8. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know the third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction if incomplete or incorrect, request deletion or destruction if conditions are met, object to analysis, and request compensation for damages.
